St Albans cupcake shop owner strips for cancer charity
THE courageous owner of a St Albans cupcake store has bared all to help a close friend raise funds for the Cancer Treatment and Research Trust (CTRT) following nine traumatic months of intensive chemotherapy.
Luisa Zissman, owner of Dixie’s Cupcakery in Market Place, has joined other women to pose au naturel for photographer Chris Dunlop, whose work has appeared in the likes of Vanity Fair and Vogue.

Dixie's Cupcakery...a brand spanking new Cupcakery in St.Albans!
This past weekend found me in my old stomping ground of Harpenden for a friend's amazing amazing hen do, which I will blog about in more cupcake detail later in the week!
I was also able to visit an old Uni friend of mine who now lives in St.Albans and fortunately for me, being the great friend she is, she has her finger on the cupcake pulse! and she was ready to alert me of a new opening!

A new cupcake shop will open its doors to the public in St Albans on Saturday, 16th July 2011. Dixie's Cupcakery is the first of its kind in St Albans and will introduce the cupcake craze, which is all the rage in the US and London to the city.
