Opened in the summer of 2011, Dixie’s Cupcakery is quickly becoming the number one destination in Hertfordshire for the fluffiest, yummiest and freshest cupcakes!

Named after owner Luisa Zissman’s gorgeous daughter, Dixie’s Cupcakery use only the finest ingredients – including free-range eggs, GM-free dry ingredients and locally sourced fruit and vegetables – to produce the ‘crème de la crème’ of cupcakes.

Every cupcake is handmade in our on-site kitchen from 7am and if our customers time it just right, they get the most gorgeous, warm cupcakes filled with love and happiness!

We are proud of what we do and we make sure our customers enjoy their Dixie’s experience. Whether they are simply popping in and out for their favourite cupcake or sitting inside with friends enjoying a beautiful Illy Italian coffee and a deliciously decadent Dixie’s cupcake or two, our customers are the most important people in the world and they have helped us put Dixie’s Cupcakery on the cupcake map!
